PSQ offers full access to the following features:

1. Dashboard chart of Customer Status by Month and Google Map View of Customer Locations and Status.

2. CRM Module – Manage Customers information, add/edit notes, view activity.

3. Design Module – design pools/spas with scale grid layers of tracing paper over air photos. Import house & survey plans or images as base plans. Adjust opacity of layers and save unlimited designs to a Customer. Save Template Designs.

4. 3D Calculation – the design module uses 3D technology to calculate pool/spa perimeter, interior surface area, excavation volume with 4 x coping height adjustments and water volume.

5. Quote Module – prepare Pool/Spa quotes, save multiple quotes, save as template, send quote to customer.

6. Document Management – save all drawings/plans/surveys/house plans & site photos for each customer.

7. Templates – to save time for your next customer save unlimited template designs and quotes for use later.

8. Notification System – Sales Executive is notified via email when assigned a new customer and Sales Executive is notified via email when a customer views a quote.

9. Gallery – Pool Company can save Company Profile, Pool Equipment Brochures and Photos of Pool Finishes so Customers can view the Gallery when they view the quote.

10. Customer View Quote – Customers receive a link to a quote via email. When they view the quote there is a menu for customers to view the Gallery, Print the Quote or Create a PDF. The customer view quote page at the end of quote has links to email the Sales Executive or Approve the quote. When approved the sales executive is notified via email.

11. User Access Management – PSQ supplies two levels of user access. Director access have full access to the App plus access to update cost data, edit gallery and manage subscription. Sales Executive have access to all functions except cannot edit cost data, cannot edit gallery and cannot edit manage subscription.

12. Settings – ability for user to edit quote format border colours and text. Set and edit email text that customers receive when emailing quotes. Edit your user contact details, name, password, email and mobile/cell.

With ‘Director’ user access level you will be able to see 100% of the customers in your organisation and ability to assign a sales executive to that customer. You will have access to all of your organisations designs and quotes. PSQ is a tool you can use to manage your sales executives and review sales conversion results. Directors have full transparency access to all of their Leads and Sales Executives work in the field.

Before PSQ, pools and spas were quoted manually. When meeting a customer onsite, I took notes on the brief then went back to the office to draw a design and type up a quote. I used a calculator to work our calculations vital to generate a quote like perimeter, interior area and excavation volumes relative to natural ground levels. Then I manually checked those calculations again to make sure they were correct. Some sales executives even using administration staff resources to type up the quotes for them. It’s a time consuming process generating a manual design and quote. Then when the quote is ready often sales executive arrange a second meeting with the customer to present the quote…..another car trip spending more time and money. Often clients request amendments to the quote, so back to the calculator and word processor to create a revised quote. A lot of valuable time spent.

PSQ offers you all the tools to design and quote a pool whilst you are at your first meeting with a customer onsite. No need for calculators, no need for admin resources to type up your quotes and waste paper printing. Customer’s are becoming more and more demanding, they want answers quickly as we all now live in a technology era.

PSQ is unique, its one full inclusive Sales app specifically developed for Pool/Spa Builders and their Managers and Sales Executives that does all and will save you significant time in the sales process so you can professionally present or send your quotes to your customers fast.

One of the features, PSQ allows you to save template designs and quotes. So for example if you commonly quote 7x3m pools and have saved a template from a previous quote, its possible to prepare your new clients quote within seconds standing in front of them. If you don’t have a saved template with PSQ and its a 7x3m pool it may take a few minutes more to quote. PSQ provides you with the tools to engage with your customer to easily edit quotes to closely work to a clients budget and explore options and upgrades to up-sell.

In the Field, the PSQ APP is best used on a Tablet/IPad with Pencil and cellular connectivity.

In the Office you can also use a Desktop Computer (PC or MAC) connected to the Internet.

PSQ is available as a Web Application which can be used using various internet browsers like Safari, Firefox and Explorer on any of the recommended device types.

Yes the quote is auto populated to your chosen associations pool contract.

Yes when a Subscriber sets up a new user you can select from two levels of User Access.

Level 1 access is ‘Director’ which provides full complete access to see and edit all pool/spa cost data, galleries, customers, quotes and designs. Director access can also manage leads, design and quote pools/spas.

Level 2 access is ‘Sales Executive’ for managing leads, adding/editing customers, preparing designs and quoting pool/spas. Sales executive access has no edit access to cost data, data labels or galleries.

No there is no limit on the number of users a subscriber can add to use PSQ. A subscriber is a Pool Company subscribing to use PSQ.

Currently PSQ is available in metric with imperial capability planned for later in 2022. PSQ will prompt you to select a metric default data set. This is default data that will give you a head start on cost data text, but this data will need to be edited to suit your pool company’s cost data for selling pool/spas. A Subscriber or Director level access will have full edit access to update all text in the cost data.

Currently PSQ is provided in English, however cost data can be edited and written in any language.

Yes, PSQ offers three types of training and support;

1) Self Training – Video tutorials accessed from our website. These tutorials run through the entire App with easy to follow onscreen training from initial set up to more detailed step by step of each function. We demonstrate all functions and show you how easy it is to design a pool/spa and how to prepare the quote.

2) Face to Face Training – Depending on location, in office training for groups is an option as well as Video Face to face Training with one of our Business Consultants. Face to face training is an optional service and attracts a training fee. Please contact support@poolsitequote.com for a quote.

No PSQ requires an internet connection. Ensure your IPad or Android Tablet device has cellular connectivity.
